As the name implies this is a meeting for women (though men are welcome) and it is predominantly for people who have retired. Activities include Bible studies, discussions about current topics of interest, DVDs and occasional outside speakers. Each session ends with refreshments. During the summer months there is usually one or more outings.

Methodist Women in Britain (MWiB)
Sunday, 12.30-2pm (first Sunday of the month)
MWiB is the follow-on organisation from Women’s Network. It is open to all women in the Methodist Church. The group shares fellowship, has Bible studies and input from external speakers. The group also raises money for charitable causes. Wesley’s Chapel MWiB is linked to the London District MWiB and the Connexional MWiB. Special events, courses and retreats are organised by these bodies and are open to all.

Lower Meeting Room
This group was set up by the Ghanaians in our Church community, yet it is open to everyone who wishes to join. The group meets for fellowship and business. There is a Ghana Fellowship Choir which sings on occasions in church and at other events in the London District. Members support one another at times of joy and sadness.

Young adults group
The young adults (18-30) meet on the first Saturday of the month for a social activity and the third Sunday for lunch and a bible study. We are a welcoming, inclusive group from a range of backgrounds and enjoy meeting each other to make new friends and grow more as people and disciples. Our recent activities have included going to a comedy night, ice skating and a trip to the cinema.

House fellowships offer a chance for people to share over food before bible study and prayer for one another. There are two house fellowship groups, hosted by members of Wesley’s Chapel. They currently running on different days of the week and are based in central London. They meet approximately once a month and whilst they were initially set up for the 18-40 age-group in our Church community they are now open to everyone who wishes to join.
